Refund policy

 

Returns: We accept returns on most items, for store credit or exchange only, within 14 days after purchase. Returns must be accompanied by the store receipt. Items must be in new, unworn, unused condition, with tags and original packaging. Sale items are final sale.

These items are not eligible for returns: Sale items, soaps, candles, skin care products, underwear, bras, socks.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Please choose carefully when purchasing.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase, typically issued in person at the store or purchased online for pick-up or free delivery via Canada Post. Contact us if you cannot come in person and require special arrangements.
